50 minutes. Online appointments are via Zoom or Whatsapp. All sessions are held in a private and confidential space.

Face to Face - £50

50 minute. I run these sessions from Wintern House in Fishguard.

Consultations - Free

A maximum half hour appointment for us to discuss your experience of counselling, what you want to bring to sessions and how best we can work together. Please note I only conduct consultations remotely.

Concessions are available dependant on circumstances. Please contact me for more information, or we can discuss this in the consultation as part of our contracting.
